 All members of the team are requried to take the courses offered by The REALTY WORLD Academy,  basic marketing courses, including business development, internet marketing, database management, listing systems, and other marketing strategies.  On-line courses are available through the REALTY WORLD e-Academy, which allows the agent to complete the training via a webinar from the comfort of home or office at no charge.

 Each agent at REALTY WORLD – Tri-Cities Metro works from a business plan and is expected to set tangible goals and implement strategies for reaching those goals. Agents are held accountable to first themselves and their families, and then to the Company. To be a person of integrity means to do what you say you will do. This paradigm is based on our values of professionalism, productivity, and financial responsibility. Real Estate sales is a business, and we expect and support each agent by creating the environment where they can be successful.

 Agents at REALTY WORLD Tri-Cities Metro are encouraged to participate in the REALTY WORLD Lifetime Income Program, where they have the opportunity to share in the company dollar revenue for attracting, coaching, and mentoring other agents to the Company. There are flexible compensation plans which are based on a minimum standard of an annual company dollar contribution.

 The most successful agents, the top 20%, get 80% of their business by referral. The number one source of business in the industry is from sphere of influence clients – family, friends, colleagues and past clients – and referrals from them. Our extensive training program is keyed to helping you in developing referral based business systems: setting goals, developing referral dialogs and implementing referral based marketing to your sphere of influence. Our training brings these methods of building and developing business to agents through continuing education, weekly training groups and private one-on-one coaching.
